Our members remains the central focus of the SPF, thus acting in their best interest is our priority. Accuracy in members’ information is key. This task requires the input of a group of dedicated individuals with particular attention to details.
The Compliance Monitoring Section is tasked with the responsibility of ensuring the prompt collection of contributions due by employers and members as per the SPF’s Act. They have a direct relationship with both employers and employees and members can elect to contact them should there be any discrepancies with their contributions.
The section falls under the Pensions and Benefits Division which is headed by Mrs Marie-Ange Waye-Hive, General Manager.
