The section has the mandate to for managing and providing the necessary support to the employees in the organisation. It encompasses recruitment of the right people in the right position, identifying training needs, providing the necessary employee welfare and contribute in achieving a positive employee-employer relationship. Generally, the section supports the organisation in achieving its objectives in the most effective and efficient manner

Mrs Bonté joined the SPF in 2005 and was promoted to Manager in 2008. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration (MPA)
